Because I operate strictly as an educator and coach under Zenblue LLC, I am unable to provide hardware/software repair, virus removals, data migrations, or commercial IT support. If your device is broken or needs deep technical troubleshooting, I will gladly refer you to an excellent local repair shop!

Guided Tech Sessions: Patient, step-by-step coaching on how to navigate your new Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone, or Printer. We will practice the steps together until you feel comfortable.
Digital Safety & Confidence: Learning how to recognize scams, surf the web safely, and organize your personal passwords in your physical notebook. (Note: For security and liability reasons, I do not perform account or password recoveries, but I am happy to coach you through tracking them down!)
In-Person, Side-by-Side Learning True tech confidence is built together. All coaching sessions are conducted comfortably side-by-side in your home, moving at your speed.
Because my services are strictly educational coaching, I do not offer remote computer access, hardware repair, or virus removals—ensuring a completely safe, pressure-free learning environment for you.

Last week, I posted for help with my laptop. I chose "GeekWAD: I'm a geek with a dog." I will say I was very happy with Steve's work. He got my laptop back up and running, and it was no small feat. I highly recommend he and his company. He's honest, fast, and fairly priced.

I specialize in providing patient, compassionate tech tutoring and coaching for older adults and retirees.
For 30 years, I've helped individuals overcome their tech challenges. I combine a strong technical foundation (Computer Science studies at Northwestern University, Silicon Valley experience, currently volunteering at the Arlington Heights Senior Center as a tech teacher and coach) with a genuine passion for making technology accessible and enjoyable. My goal is to be your one-on-one guide, helping you navigate the digital world with confidence.
